- ½ to 1 Tbsp ripe avocado
- ½ to 1 oz liquid, as needed:
– leftover saved juice
– newborn/infant milk
– or – water
preparation
- spoon vegetables into baby’s bowl.
- mix with liquid as needed.
- feed with a feeding spoon.
like green beans, since k didn’t love the avocado flavor. so with this dish i first added 1/2 tablespoon with 1 tablespoon of mashed potato so there would be a stronger potato flavor. she seemed to enjoy this dish better than the milky avocado dish.
in time when she seemed to take a liking to the taste of avocado, i added more avocado so the portions were 1:1.
