- 1 Tbsp cooked zucchini
- 1 Tbsp cooked sweet potato / yam
- 1 Tbsp cooked butternut squash
- 1 Tbsp ripe avocado
- ½ to 1 Tbsp liquid, as needed:
– leftover saved juice

- add vegetables into baby’s bowl.
- mix adding liquid if necessary.
- feed with a feeding spoon.
