with more vegetables in k’s food repertoire, i don’t have to just add 2 vegetables. i can add 3!

- 1 Tbsp cooked shredded carrots
- 1 Tbsp cooked butternut squash
- 1 Tbsp cooked sweet potato / yam
- ½ to 1 Tbsp liquid, as needed:
– leftover saved juice
– or – water
preparation
- spoon vegetables into baby’s bowl.
- mix adding liquid as needed.
- feed with a feeding spoon.
