- 1½ Tbsp cooked organic apple
- 1½ Tbsp cooked butternut squash
- 2 Tbsp prepared quinoa
- ½ to 1 Tbsp liquid, as needed:
– leftover saved juice
– or – water
- spoon vegetable, fruit and grain into baby’s bowl.
- add liquid as needed and mix.
- feed with a feeding spoon.
