- ½ to 1 Tbsp liquid, as needed:
– leftover saved juice

preparation
- tear or cut chicken into thin shreds.
- spoon vegetable, fruit, grain and meat into baby’s bowl.
- mix with liquid, as needed
- feed with a feeding spoon.
