- 2 Tbsp cooked chicken
- 1½ Tbsp cooked parsnip
- 1½ Tbsp cooked butternut squash
- ½ to 1 Tbsp liquid, as needed:
– leftover saved juice
– or – water
- slice or tear chicken into small thin shreds.
- put vegetables and meat into baby’s bowl.
- mix, diluting with liquid as needed.
- feed with feeding spoon.
