just like i can eat a variation of bread, when i went to pick up the Ener-G brown rice toast I introduced k to back in November for International Sandwich Day, i found the same brand has a Tapioca Loaf.
since tapioca is an ingredient in other gluten free wheat free foods, including snacks and flour blends, i knew k could eat it. it has the same dry texture. in terms of flavor, i couldn’t really taste the difference between this and the brown rice bread but it is still a good variety of food in her diet.
