my little one loves tofu – so much that once i offered k one mini tofu sandwich and one mini cheese burger. my little one didn’t want the cheeseburger – so i gave k two mini cheese tofu sandwiches.
- 1 slice cooked tofu steak, ½ inch high and cut in half
- 1 slice of gluten free vegan tapioca bread
- mozzarella cheese, optional
- toast bread, if desired.
- reheat tofu steak (on a frying pan – or – boil), if desired
- cut bread into quarters.
- on two quarters, add some cheese.
- on the other two quarters, put tofu.
- put cheese quarter on top of tofu quarter as a sandwich.
