i love french apple tarts but phyllo dough has wheat so i can’t share it my little one. i was browsing online and found an alternative – apples with graham cookie crust. bingo!
after flavoring the apples, little one layered layered thin slices of apple on top of a graham cracker, just like one would do with a french apple tart. cookies were quite tasty!

preheat the oven at 350 degrees F.
in a medium sized mixing bowl, add apples, lemon juice, sugar, agave, flour, salt and cinnamon. make sure sauce is fully integrated and coats the apple slices.
placing a graham cracker on the cooke sheet, layer apple slices on top. with any extra graham crackers put inside a thick ziplock bag and smash the cracker with a meat tenderizer. sprinkle the cookie crumbs on top of the apple.
bake cookies for 20 to 30 minutes (remove if you see cookie start to burn). remove and set aside to cool. enjoy warm or cold.
