it’s that time again, where you-know-who comes to visit! so on the way to see Santa, little one gets to eat food Santa as well! is it breakfast or is it dessert? well, either way, hope he’s delish!
- Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Pancake Mix
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxmeal + 3 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 cup skim milk
- non fat yogurt
- blueberries (2)
- strawberries or raspberries
- gluten free eggless marshmallows
make pancake according to package. set aside to cool.
place pancake in the middle of a plate. break off a tiny piece of pancake somewhere in the edge and place in the middle for Santa’s nose.
cut strawberries in half and stack to make a hat.
cut two small circles for Santa’s eyes and additional circles for placement below yogurt so pancake doesn’t get soggy.
place bananas accordingly and then put yogurt on top for santa’s snowy white hair.
put marshmallows for santa’s hat band and top fuzz ball.
finally, put blueberries on top fo the banana eyes for santa’s eyeballs.
serve and enjoy!
