i chose different vegetables than i used for thanksgiving meal 2014-une and grilled them instead of steam. i used the same italian seasoning but to little richer flavor, i added some drippings from the roast chicken i made. –> recipe on Palatable Palette the flavor was a success. introducing new foods: carrots

carrots are also a favorite for new eaters because of it’s sweetness and as expected k loved it. carrots do have to be cooked longer so that it is very soft – if you don’t make it soft enough and grind it, little pieces can get stuck in baby’s little throat and cause him/her to choke.carrots
